BeritaGresik.com – Tim Unit PPA Polres Gresik menjemput paksa seorang kiai pengasuh pondok pesantren di Bawean yang diduga telah melakukan pencabulan terhadap santrinya. Kiai berisial N ini dijemput paksa oleh petugas karena sebebelumnya sudah melakukan pemanggilan dua kali namun selalu mangkir, terduga pelaku dilayarkan hari ini, Sabtu (23/12/2023).
Kasat Reskrim Polres Gresik AKP Aldhino Prima Wirdhan membenarkan laporan pencabulan yang dilayangkan para korban. Saat ini pihaknya sudah melakukan penyelidikan dan menerjunkan timnya ke Bawean.
“Sudah dipanggil dua kali. Tapi tidak datang, jadi kita akan panggil paksa, Kasat Reskrim Polres Gresik AKP Aldhino Prima Wirdhan.
Dari penelusuran BeritaGresik.com, peristiwa pencabulan ini, terjadi sekitar dua bulan yang lalu. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan laporan korban ke kepolisian. Dari data di kepolisian, ada tiga laporan masuk ke Polres Gresik atas tindakan yang dilakukan kiai pengasuh Ponpes Tahfidzul Quran ini
Salah seorang Warga berinisial SN mengaku sudah agak lama mendengar perilaku kiai cabul ini, ditambah lagi ada beberapa orang santri putri dikampungnya yang memaksa berhenti mondok pada orang tuanya dan tidak mau menceritakan apa alasannya.

Warga lainnya, UD mengungkapkan, kasus dugaan pencabulan yang dilakukan oleh seorang Kiai ini, sudah dilaporkan ke Polres Gresik. Namun, korban santrinya banyak yang tidak mau laporan. Lantaran ada intervensi dari pihak pondok.
“Kemarin ada utusan pondok ke salah satu rumah korban, untuk minta menyelesaikan secara kekeluargaan,” ungkapnya, Rabu (20/12/2023).
Menurut dia, korban kasus dugaan pencabulan ini berjumlah sekitar 10 santri atau siswi di Pondok Pesantren tersebut. Namun, yang berani melaporkan kejadian tersebut baru tiga orang. “Banyak takut melapor, karena memang pelaku merupakan salah satu Kiai besar di Bawean. Bahkan, ada yang sempat melapor kepada keluarganya tidak lantas melapor ke pihak berwajib,”paparnya. (abr)
