BeritaGresik.com – Ketua Fraksi Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) MPR RI Arwani Thomafi mengungkapkan tantangan dan peluang penerapan nilai Pancasila di era globalisasi sekarang ini.
Hal itu diungkapkan anggota Komisi I DPR RI itu dala kegiatan Sosialisasi Empat Pilar MPR RI bersama kader dan pengurus Generasi Muda Pembangunan Indonesia (GMPI) di Kabupaten Blora, Jawa Tengah, Kamis (16/3/2023).
“Di era globalisasi dan digital seperti sekarang ini, peluang penerapan Pancasila bisa dilakukan menggunakan teknologi informasi, termasuk media sosial,” kata Arwani.
Dengan teknologi informasi, terangnya, para generasi muda bisa mengampanyekan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke seluruh dunia dengan mudah dan cepat.
“Sehingga, praktik kehidupan sehari-hari yang berpedoman pada Pancasila bisa menjadi insipirasi negara-negara lain di dunia,” jelasnya.
Dia juga mengungkapkan tantangan penerapan Pancasila di era globalisasi. Tantangan itu, menurutnya, bisa datang dari dalam maupun dari luar.
“Penerapan Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari juga memunculkan tantangan tersendiri, seperti munculnya paham atau pemikiran baru yang bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai dan ideologi Pancasila,” ucapnya.
Ia menambahkan, tantangan lain adalah masuknya budaya asing yang mengikis budaya asli Indonesia, serta masuknya kebiasaan baru dan sumber informasi yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. [as]
