BeritaGresik.com – Ketua Fraksi Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) MPR RI Arwani Thomafi menyatakan bahwa organisasi kepemudaan memainkan peran penting dalam mensosialisasikan Empat Pilar MPR RI.
“Pemuda punya peran strategis dalam memasyarakatkan Empat Pilar MPR RI, terutama melalui internet dan media sosial,” kata Arwani dalam kegiatan Sosialisasi Empat Pilar MPR RI Bersama Generasi Muda Pembangunan Indonesia (GMPI) di Rembang, Senin (19/12/2022).
Menurutnya, organisasi pemuda merupakan wadah kaderisasi guna melahirkan para calon pemimpin bangsa, sehingga penting untuk terus menanamkan Empat Pilar MPR RI, yakni Pancasila, UUD 1945, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika dan NKRI.
Dia juga menekankan pentingnya gerakan memasyarakatkan Pancasila sebagai perekat persatuan bangsa, terutama di kalangan para generasi muda.
“Di dalamnya ada lima sila yang harus kita jaga dan kita amalkan dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, bukan cuma sebatas dihafalkan dan dipahami saja,” tuturnya.
Dengan begitu, diharapkan nantinya akan terwujud situasi saling menghargai perbedaan, menghormati martabat manusia, cinta tanah air, serta terwujudnya rasa keadilan bagi seluruh rakyat.
“Pancasila merupakan landasan dan pedoman hidup bagi kita semua dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Karenanya, harus terus ditanamkan kepada seluruh anak bangsa,” imbhnya. [as]
