Halki, salah sorang nelayan setempat yang memandu kapal tongkang tersebut berlabuh di perairan Bawean mengatakan, kapal tongkang Win Build 368 sudah mengalami bocor salah salah deknya sejak awal berangkat dari Kalimantan, ketika sudah berada di perairan Bawean kondisi kapal sudah miring karena salah satu dek kapal penuh dengan air. Akhirnya pihak kapal menghubungi salah satu nelayan setempat untuk memandu hingga akhirnya kapal berhasil berlabuh di perairan desa Telukjatidawang .
“Kapal itu sudah bocor dari Kalimantan, begitu sampai di Bawean kondisinya menghawatirkan sehingga mengubungi Farihen (nelayan setempat -red) untuk memandu ke pinggir,” tarang Halki, Senin (02/09/2024).
Halki menambahkan, selama berada di perairan Bawean crew kapal berupaya menguras air yang memenuhi salah dek dengan menggunakan mesin alkon, selanjutnya memperbaiki kebocoran dengan menggunalan peralatan pengelasan dalam air.
“Kemaren pagi saya masih melihat ada yang mengelas kebocoran, kemungkinan sudah selesai sehingga siangnya sudah melanjutkan perjalanan ke Batang,” Pungkasnya.
Berbeda dengan keterangan di atas, Kasatpol air Polres Gresik AKP Winardi mendapat laporan dari petugas pos unit kapal Bawean yang sempat mendatangi lokasi kapal justru memberikan keterangan berbeda. Menurutnya kondisi kapal tidak ada kebocoran dan tidak miring sehingga tidak ada tumbahan minyak maupun batu bara yang mencemari lingkungan.
“Setelah mendapat laporan dari pos unit kapal Bawean mendatangi TKP tidak ditemukan tanda tanda kebocoran maupun muatan tumpah ke laut, “ terangnya dalam penggalan pesan whatsapp.
