BeritaGresik.com – Bupati Gresik Fandi Akhmad Yani melantik 9 Pejabat Tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Gresik di Ruang Mandala Bhakti Praja lantai 4 Kantor Bupati Gresik, Kamis (09/12/2021).
Bupati yang akrab disapa Gus Yani ini berpesan kepada 9 pejabat yang dilantik dilantik agar melakukan akselerasi dan terobosan di berbagai sektor untuk bekerja dan berjuang dengan ikhlas demi masyarakat.
“Mudah-mudahan acara pelantikan ini di ridhoi dan diberikan keselamatan kedepan dan bisa bekerja dan berjuang dengan ikhlas. Ini yang harus terus kita berikan kepada masyarakat Gresik,” ucap Yani.
Adapun 9 pejabat Eselon II yang dilantik antara lain Kepala Dinas Pendidikan S. Hariyanto, Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Tata Ruang Achmad Hadi, Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu A.M Reza Pahlevi, dan Kepala Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan Daerah Misbahul Munir.
Selanjutnya, Suprapto sebagai Kepala Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja, Suyono sebagai Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sekretariat Daerah, dr. Mukhibatul Khusnah sebagai Kepala Dinas Kesehatan, dr. Ummi Khoiroh sebagai Kepala Dinas Sosial, dan yang terakhir dr. Soni sebagai Direktur RSUD Ibnu Sina.
Dalam pelantikan tersebut, Bupati Yani juga mengingatkan bahwa tantangan yang akan dihadapi kedepan cukup berat, sehingga diharapkan adanya kolaborasi yang apik antar dinas yang terkait.
“Bapak Ibu harus terus bisa bekerja dengan tim, jangan sampai dikerjakan sendiri-sendiri. Teamwork harus benar-benar dijalankan, tentu saja dengan kebijakan yang berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat Kabupaten Gresik. Oleh karena itu, harus punya tingkat kepekaan lebih tinggi, empati, responsif, dan solutif,” tuturnya.
Selain itu, Yani juga menyinggung berbagai pekerjaan rumah dari masing-masing dinas, mulai dari permasalahan vaksinasi Covid-19 di Dinas Kesehatan, penataan pendidikan pada Dinas Pendidikan, hingga Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu.
“Banyak lembaga pendidikan kita kesulitan mengurus perizinan, bikin satu gebrakan, permudah izin lembaga kependidikan. Investasi juga seperti itu, semuanya baik investasi skala besar maupun skala kecil,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, dalam keterangannya Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu yang baru dilantik A.M Reza Pahlevi menyampaikan bahwa dirinya siap mengemban amanah dan melaksanakan sebaik-baiknya tugas yang dipercayakan oleh Bupati Gresik.
“Kita sudah memiliki strategi untuk memberikan kemudahan perizinan izin lembaga kependidikan yang nantinya akan dilaksanakan fasilitasi mulai di tingkat Kecamatan sehingga bisa memudahkan masyarakat, dan untuk investasi pastinya kita akan melakukan berbagai percepatan sehingga akan memberikan kemudahan untuk investasi di Kabupaten Gresik,” jelas Reza.
Tampak hadir mendampingi Bupati Gresik Fandi Akhmad Yani dalam acara pelantikan, Wakil Bupati Gresik Aminatun Habibah, Ketua DPRD Abdul Qodir, Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Gresik Achmad Washil Miftahul Rachman, Plt Kepala Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Gresik Nasriyah dan seluruh kepala OPD dan Camat di lingkungan pemerintah Kabupaten Gresik.
